For you
Time for yourself. Space for new perspectives.

What drives us
We believe that sustainable change does not only originate in the mind, but through experience, emotions, environment and genuine connection.
At the same time, we want to help destigmatize psychology and mental health. Psychology shouldn't only become visible when things have reached a breaking point, but should be understood as valuable support and preventative guidance for a healthy, fulfilling life.
Elysium - not as a rigid concept - but as a word for the feeling of life that lies behind it.

Our vision for holistic health
Rethinking mental health – moving away from stigma and towards recognizing it as a natural and supportive component of a healthy, fulfilling life. It can also be preventative, empowering, and inspiring. That's why, with "Elysium," we create retreats, concepts, and experiences that combine modern psychology with well-being, community, and a holistic understanding of health.
Elysium is not just a name, but also an honest conviction and philosophy that we incorporate into our daily lives...
That was quite a lot about concepts and visions – but in the end, it's simply about people, real encounters...

Your Juliana and Katharina

TURNING DREAMS INTO REALITY
How wonderful that you're here.
I'm Katharina — a psychologist by passion and deeply convinced that every person has an incredible capacity for positive change.
For years, I have been driven by the idea of opening up psychology and making it a contemporary, tangible pillar of health and high performance — without stigma.
I am passionate about bringing knowledge about the brain, nervous system, mindset and holistic health into everyday life — preventively, experientially and with ease.
Together with my sister, I had the privilege of bringing this passion project to life — driven by courage, enthusiasm and the joy of accompanying people on their individual journeys.
Being brave.Taking a risk.Standing behind a project that makes your eyes light up.What could be more alive than that?
Being alive is a good place to start.
Too often, we lose ourselves in everyday routines, build our lives around expectations we have of ourselves and others, and lose touch with ourselves and the present moment.
Our retreats and seminars give you time for yourself — time to arrive within yourself, breathe, simply be in the here and now and discover your potential.
Our holistic concept is based on current research in psychology, neuroimmunology and holistic health.
Health, in our view, must always be considered as a whole.
I believe — professionally and personally — that this is the only way sustainable health, happiness and well-being can emerge.
And because I have experienced so often how valuable it can be to exchange ideas with others and experience that “aha” moment within a community, all our concepts create space for yourself while also inviting you to connect with others.
My goal:
At the end, you take an “inner suitcase” home with you — filled with all the impulses, insights and experiences that feel good, support you and strengthen you in everyday life.

Our retreat locations
We create special experiences in extraordinary places — our little “Elysium” places: places of joy, bliss and conscious experience.
Whether on a Sardinian beach, a mountaintop, in a gourmet cheese dairy, or a private villa in Montenegro—special places help us step out of the daily grind and experience life more consciously. They create space for tranquility, a change of perspective, connection, and genuine moments.
There, psychological content is not only conveyed, but made tangible, palpable and sustainably experienced — for greater well-being, mental strength and a new, holistic view of health.
For us, a place is special when it can do more than just look beautiful.
When he slows people down.
If he facilitates encounters.
When he appeals to the senses.
If he sparks curiosity.
If he supports a change of perspective.
That's why we don't choose our retreat locations solely based on facilities or maximum comfort. We look for atmosphere, authenticity, and people who bring a place to life.
