With our unique holistic concept and our three pillars - psychology, mind & body and special locations , we combine health-psychological concepts and want to make a difference together with you and within you. Mindfulness and nature play a role not only for us but also in research when it comes to happiness and life satisfaction. For us, mind and body are an influencing and coherent unit, which is why we have focused on both in our concept. Gentle exercise in nature, yoga or breathing exercises are just as important as freshly prepared food made from sustainable and regional products, based on the Mediterranean diet. The Mediterranean diet is rich in antioxidants and vitamins that help us to reduce oxidative stress and thus prevent mental and physical diseases. A number of psychological techniques are supplied to the mind. We want to give you inputs and guide you to find your own exercises and impulses. We have placed a great focus on mindfulness. Why? Because mindfulness goes hand in hand with higher life satisfaction, improved mood, empathy, flow experiences and quality of life. A high level of mindfulness in everyday life has been shown to reduce pain, anxiety, brooding and stress and improve action control as well as self-confidence, tolerance, vitality and optimism (Keng et al., 2011 Kuschel, 2016; Kaufman et al., 2009). However, we are not concerned with an optimization idea, but only with you, your experience and what exercises work for you or not. That is why we supplement this concept with various relaxation exercises such as autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation and other methods from positive psychology against stress and for a positive mindset. Sardinia and Montenegro are very special places for us, a little piece of paradise and give our concept that very special flair and holiday feeling. The places we have chosen offer us the framework to make the techniques and concepts tangible and to link them with special moments. We won't reveal more for now ... just one more thing - we're looking forward to the trip with you!
