You can get to know and try out a variety of methods - when and where it's best for you. You should find the methods that fit into your everyday life and suit you. In a 20-minute reflection discussion every two weeks with psychologist Katharina Spitz, you can go through the review method and get new ideas or suggestions for change. In addition, you will receive small, appropriate weekly impulses via WhatsApp.
